David also spearheads the technical strategy of the company, and is dedicated to building a team of world-class engineers to keep Deltapath at the forefront of the industry.

David had an early love with telephones. At the age of 14, David toyed with his home telephone; re-engineered the circuit boards and successfully hook up his Hi-Fi to the telephone set, enabling him to mimic PABX features such as music-on-hold, call recording system, and radio broadcast over the telephone line. Together with his entrepreneurial mind, David has always wanted to bridge the traditional telephone world with, back then the hottest new network, the Internet. During his college days, David wrote a gateway application that converted PSTN signals to SIP, enabling him to make and receive PSTN calls over the Internet from a SIP IP phone. With overwhelming response from friends and relatives, David founded Deltapath in 2001 and developed the first generation frSIP®, a SIP based PBX, a dream he always had.

David received his Bachelor of Science in Commerce degree in Operations Management Information System with Magna Cum Laude honor from Santa Clara University, CA, USA. In addition, David has completed a program in Computer Science at Harvard Extension School, MA, USA back in 1998. David is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, the honor society that gives the highest recognition a business graduate can receive.
