David Liu from San Jose, California, USA, is the Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Deltapath. David spearheads the team’s daily operations as well as its achievement of stretched goals.  As a VoIP advocate since college days, David also takes charge of product design and defining development road map for the company's IP telephony products. 

Prior to founding Deltapath, David was the CTO of an e-commerce startup back in 2000, where he developed an e-Marketplace for plastic materials B2B trading. Prior to that, he worked as an ICT Consultant at a public company in Hong Kong, where he took charge of the company's IT operations and development.

David received his Bachelor of Science in Commerce degree in Operations Management Information System with Magna Cum Laude honor from Santa Clara University, CA, USA.  In addition, David has successfully completed a program in Computer Science at Harvard Extension School, MA, USA back in 1998.  David is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, the honor society that gives the highest recognition a business graduate can receive.
