After the long Christmas and New Year holidays followed by Chinese New Year celebrations, by March, everyone is finally back on track to kick off the upcoming year. Over 40 Polycom partners gathered together with excitement at the Polycom Partner Kickoff 2017 at Brick Lane Gallery, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong. Stephen, Vice President of Worldwide Sales, took the stage to speak at the event, sharing with fellow Polycom partners his insight on how to shorten sales cycles and close deals faster; while Andy, Director of Solutions Architecture and Professional Services, took the stage to give us a full insight on how Deltapath O365 Connector can help Polycom partners sell more Polycom solutions.
On top of introducing our newly launched Deltapath O365 Connector, Stephen also shared stories on how Polycom partners leveraged Deltapath solutions to win deals in 2016, setting up great examples for other partners to look and learn! The customer stories featured PuraPharm, a leading Hong Kong-based Chinese medicine company, and China Development Bank (CDB), the world’s largest development finance institution. Ever since deploying Deltapath solutions, both customers have been utilizing video collaboration to deliver effective workplace collaboration, greatly facilitating them to drive up productivity and reduce decision making time. The partners, in both cases, have witnessed increased Polycom revenue and subsequent sales since initial deployment.
At the event, our team also had the opportunity to talk to Albert Tsang, Assistant Vice President of Business Development, CTIL, a Deltapath Preferred Partner. Albert foresees that our solution will be very attractive to their customers who desire to bridge their existing business phone lines to the cloud but are unwilling to replace their heavily invested yet outdated telephone infrastructure.
