This module introduces Deltapath Unified Communications Platform of all typical business use cases and possible integrations with business applications.

This module follows on from DTPUC101 (Introduction to Deltapath UC, Understanding and Utilizing the Features and Business Applications) and covers installation of the system, maintaining the UC Platform as a technical engineer and providing support to administrators and end users. The module includes lab work that allow students to practice skills.

This module follows on from DTPUC102 (Maintaining, and Supporting Deltapath UC Platform) and looks more at the Do’s and Don’ts that a Deltapath Technical Engineer should be aware of when configuring the Deltapath UC Platform. This is an essential module for Deltapath Technical Engineer.
