How to Make Phone Calls From Microsoft Teams

Add The Deltapath Talk App To Microsoft Teams

  1. Open MS Teams.
  2. Click Apps.
  3. In the Search textbox, enter Deltapath Talk.
  4. Click the app.

5. Click Add. The Deltapath Talk icon appears in the sidebar of the MS Teams app.

6. Pin the app to the sidebar by right clicking on the icon and then clicking Pin.

Go From Chat To An Audio Or Video Call

  1. In the Chat window, click the video or telephone icon in the top right to call the person you are chatting with in MS Teams.

 

Note: If the person you are chatting with has more than one contact number listed, click the Deltapath Talk icon at the bottom of the window to select the number you want to call.
