We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior UX/UI Designer to join our Product Design team. In this role, you will work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders to design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually engaging digital experiences across our web and mobile and Desktops products.

Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and desktops and mobile applications using Figma.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Translate product requirements and user needs into effective design solutions.
- Participate in user research, usability testing, and design validation activities.
- Maintain and contribute to the Deltapath’s design system and UI component library.
- Ensure designs are consistent with established branding, accessibility, and usability standards.
- Iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics, and stakeholder input.
- Create visual assets, icons, illustrations, and other design materials when needed.
- Support marketing initiatives by producing digital graphics and promotional materials as required.
- Stay up to date with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in UX Design, UI Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Prototyping, and Design Systems.
- Basic understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design.
- Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design for web, desktop and mobile platforms.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent visual design and typography skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to accept feedback and iterate designs efficiently.
- A portfolio demonstrating UI design, UX process, academic projects, or personal design work.
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship, freelance, or project experience in product UX/UI design is an advantage.
- Experience designing SaaS, enterprise, or business applications is a plus.
- Familiarity with user research methods, usability testing, and user journey mapping.
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or front-end development concepts is an advantage.
- Experience creating interactive prototypes and micro-interactions.
- Experience working within Agile or Scrum development environments.
- Experience with marketing design, branding, social media graphics, or digital marketing materials is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, or similar tools) is a plus.
