We are seeking a Product Management Specialist to support the planning, development, and delivery of products that meet customer and business needs. This role focuses on requirement definition, cross-functional coordination, and execution support across the product lifecycle. The ideal candidate has foundational product management experience, strong organizational skills, and exposure to telecommunications or customer experience platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the product lifecycle from discovery through launch and post-launch optimization
- Assist in defining product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Conduct and support user research, stakeholder interviews, and feedback analysis
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Operations, and Business stakeholders
- Support roadmap planning, backlog grooming, and sprint execution
- Track delivery milestones, dependencies, and risks
- Assist in defining and monitoring product metrics and success criteria
- Prepare documentation, product updates, and stakeholder communications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 1–3 years of experience in product management, project management, business analysis, or related roles
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience working in cross-functional team environments
- Ability to translate business and operational needs into clear product requirements
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development processes
- Experience in the telecommunications industry (Preferred)
- Exposure to call center / contact center environments (Preferred)
- Familiarity with platforms such as Cisco, Avaya, or equivalent telecommunications systems (Preferred)
- ITIL® Foundation or working knowledge of ITSM practices
- Agile, Scrum, or product-related certifications are a plus
- Can-do attitude with strong ownership and accountability
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities.
Tools & Skills
- Experience with product and project tools such as Jira, Confluence, Notion, OpenProject or similar (prefered)
