Instructions for Installing Deltapath Talk into Your Browser

To ensure successful integration, consult your IT Administrator for the correct URL formats. Then:
  1. Install Deltapath Talk for Browser from the Chrome Web Store or Microsoft Edge Add-ons.

  2. Click Add and follow the prompts to add the extension.

  3. Sign in to Deltapath Talk. (If unsure of the server address, ask your IT Administrator.

  4. Open Settings in Deltapath Talk to configure URLs for the following events:
    • On New Incoming Calls: The URL usually points to your business app that looks up customers by phone number.

    • On Incoming Calls Answered: (Optional): Logs answered calls into customer history. This is usually a URL to the webhook of your business application that documents that you have answered a call with the caller ID information.

    • On Outgoing Calls Answered: (Optional): Logs outbound answered calls into customer history.This is the URL to call when you use click to dial to initiate an outgoing call and the call is answered.

  5. Set your preferences:
    • Show Notification for Incoming Call: Enable to receive browser notifications for incoming calls.

    • Auto Login on Browser Startup: Automatically log into your Deltapath UC server when the browser opens.
